From the creativity of our head roaster, Micayla, comes her second limited release.
The name Kodiak captures the adventurous spirit of this espresso while also evoking a sense of warmth and comfort during the colder months.
Sourced from Ethiopia, El Salvador, Mexico, and Brazil, this seasonal espresso is a perfect balance of flavors: the depth of baker’s chocolate, the buttery sweetness of pie crust, and the fruity burst of loganberry jam. Named after the Kodiak bear, this blend is bold yet inviting—ideal for braving cold mornings or savoring moments by the fire.
While best enjoyed as espresso, its balance shines equally as brewed coffee, making it a winter essential.
