The artist formally known as Ardi - Bag Label Update

For years, our Ethiopian offering was labeled ARDI, a customer favorite sourced from the Guji region through our friends at Keffa. As coffee is seasonal, our new release comes from a different producer within the same region—this year, the Guji Shakisso Firē G3 Natural. Though it’s not the exact same lot, it shares the same regional character and flavor profile that ARDI was known for: bright, sweet, and floral.

We’re updating the label not because the style has changed, but to provide greater transparency around origin and seasonality. Each year’s coffee now carries its true farm or washing station name, allowing us to highlight the work of that specific producer while maintaining the cup experience our guests love.

Same region, same style—now with more clarity and connection to the people who grow it.
