Bear Coast Dana Point

Bear Coast Coffee has been a "thing" for about 4 years, we have been at the pier for two and a half years, and we are now weeks away from opening our second location. 

This whole thing started in a garage with my wife, and now this community is huge, rad, and pushing us to get better daily. 

We've made thousands of cups of world-class coffee, sponsored little league teams, supported orphanages, cleaned beaches, and hugged a TON of dogs in front of our cafe by the pier.  And we simply want to bring all this to Dana Point.

Here are the details we have so far:

The address:

34052 La Plaza, Dana Point, CA 92629

Same center as Hobie, Kings Club Barber Shop, and Hennessey's Tavern.  

Our drink and food menu will be the same as the San Clemente store to start out.  But we have goals of including ingredients from the farmers market that is hosted at the park directly in front of the store. 

Our staff has been hired and has been cross-training with our seasoned staff in San Clemente over the past couple weeks. 

It is slightly bigger than our SC store, with tons of space outside.  

Hours will be 6-6.

There will be wifi.

Our pastries will all be from Rye Goods. 

We are close to open, but are waiting on final approvals from the Health Department. They are stopping by Friday 9/14.
